Learn how Xendit transaction fees are charged to your Platform and Partners

Xendit charges transaction fees for each transaction that we help you process. For xenPlatform customers, these transaction fees are charged either to your Platform or your Partner depending on the type of account that you use.

Direct billing: Who gets charged?	Fees are deducted from Partner Account when the transaction settles/ completes.	Fees are deducted from Partner Account when the transaction settles/ completes.
Indirect billing: Who gets charged?	Platform is required to make payment after the billing statement is issued at the end of the month.	Partner is required to make payment after the billing statement is issued at the end of the month.
Who receives billing statements?	Platform	Partner
Who receives tax invoices/ Faktur Pajak?	Platform	Partner
