How to Top Up

There are currently two ways to top up your Xendit balance:

  1. Add funds to your dedicated Mandiri Virtual Account (VA)

Upon registration with Xendit, you are automatically provided with a dedicated Mandiri VA for your top-ups. Note that this VA is different from the Billing VA that you are also provided with. Transferring to this Mandiri VA will result in your funds being automatically credited to your Xendit balance. To know how to transfer funds to your Mandiri VA:

    1. Go to your Xendit Dashboard
    2. Go to Balance Tab
    3. Click the Top Up button
    4. Select Mandiri, and then click How to top up? button. You will then be shown instructions on how to transfer funds to your Mandiri VA via ATM, i-Banking, and m-Banking.
  2. Transfer funds to Xendit’s BCA bank account

Top ups can also be done by transferring to Xendit’s BCA bank account. Note that this is automatically enabled. If you’d like to use the BCA top up below are the steps:

    1. Click the Top Up button
    2. Select BCA to see the bank information details such as account name and account number.
    3. Click “How to top up?” button. You will then be shown instructions on how to transfer funds to Xendit’s BCA account via ATM, i-Banking, and m-Banking.
    4. Copy your unique whitelist prefix (click Generate if not generated yet) and enter this prefix in the “Description/Remarks” box during every transfer to Xendit’s BCA account. Please don’t forget to input this prefix so we can automatically detect your top-up. Failure to do so will lead to undetected top-ups.
