What are the rates of Early Settlement?	Rates are charged on a per transaction basis. Xendit offers Early Settlement for eWallets at a standard rate of 0.25% per transaction with no hidden charges.
What are rates dependent on?	Rates are dependent on the channel settlement time, i.e. how long it takes for our payment partners to settle your transactions to Xendit. For this reason, Xendit offers a standardized rate of 0.25% per transaction for Early Settlement.
How do I pay Early Settlement fees?	Good news: Early Settlement fees are auto deducted from your Dashboard, meaning you do not have to fret over fee reminders and payments. You can view the total fees accrued in a month on your ES tab. ES fees will also appear in your month-end billing statements alongside your usual fees.
Can I choose to activate Early Settlement only for specific channels?	You can activate Early Settlement on a payment type level, e.g. activating it for eWallets but not for QRIS. However, within each payment type, you cannot choose to activate it only for selected payment channels. For example, activating Early Settlement for eWallets would turn it on for all eWallet channels on Xendit.
My Early Settlement Dashboard says that my account is restricted. What does that mean?	Early Settlement may have been paused for your account due to payment(s) that have been early settled but have not been settled to Xendit, or if there are suspected cases of fraud. Please continue monitoring your dashboard for 2-3 days to check if the problem resolves. If the problem persists, please contact your Account Manager or the Xendit Helpdesk.
How do I deactivate Early Settlement on my account?	If at any point in time you would like to turn off Early Settlement permanently, please approach your account manager or contact the Xendit helpdesk. Let them know which channel(s) you would like to permanently disable Early Settlement for. If you are unsure of whether you will still require Early Settlement in the future, you can always leave the toggles on your ES tab turned off. This ensures that your incoming transactions will not be early settled and you will not be chargedEarly Settlement fees. In this way, you can still use Early Settlement should there be a need in the future!
